Shipping Policy
We provide reliable global export packing and logistics coordination for all custom sample books, presentation kits, and packaging solutions. Review our shipping methods, lead times, and global coverage below.
1. Shipping & Logistics Methods
We fully support professional export packaging and flexible shipment coordination tailored to your B2B project requirements. Shipping options include international express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), or cooperation with your buyer-appointed forwarder.
2. Production Lead Time
Manufacturing lead time depends heavily on product complexity, order quantity, raw material availability, custom finishing, and special packaging specifications. Our engineering and production team will provide a precise schedule and timeline estimate after reviewing your detailed specifications and artwork.
3. International Shipping Coverage
We ship internationally to global destinations including the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. All shipments are securely packed using export-grade reinforced cartons or wooden pallets to prevent transit damage.
4. Shipment Tracking
All dispatched orders include full tracking capabilities. You will receive an official shipping confirmation along with tracking numbers and carrier details via email within 2-3 business days after the goods leave our manufacturing facility.
5. Delivery Issues & Claims
If your package is delayed, lost, or visibly damaged during transit, please notify us immediately in writing. We will proactively coordinate with the shipping carrier, freight forwarder, or insurance provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
