Artwork Guidelines

📁 Preferred File Formats & What We Need

  PDF (Preferred): Vector artwork with fully embedded fonts and high-resolution image data.

  AI / CDR (Vector): Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW files with all text converted to outlines.
• •
  PSD (Photoshop): Layered files at 300 DPI minimum, scaled to actual print size.

📐 Design & Technical Requirements

  Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for all raster images and photographic elements to avoid pixelation.
• •
  Color Mode: CMYK process color mode (not RGB), ensuring accurate physical color translation.
• •
  Bleed: Include a 0.125" (3mm) bleed on all sides to prevent unprinted white edges during trimming.
• •
  Safe Zone: Keep all critical text and logos at least 0.25" (6mm) away from trim edges and fold lines.

✨ Logo Requirements

For crisp foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or UV printing on sample binders and boxes, we require vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR). High-resolution PNG or JPG (minimum 300 DPI) are accepted only when vector files are unavailable.

👁️ Proofs & Approvals

We provide digital proofs (PDF dielines) for your review before mass production. You must formally approve the proof in writing (via email) before we begin manufacturing. Once approved, subsequent changes may incur additional costs.

🎨 Color Matching

We utilize standard CMYK printing. Spot color matching (PMS / Pantone) is available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that final print colors may vary slightly (5-10%) from on-screen digital proofs due to substrate texture and material absorption.

🛡️ Free Design Assistance & Intellectual Property

Design Assistance: Our pre-press engineering team offers free basic layout check, typography adjustments, and structural dieline setup. Complex original design work may require additional service fees.

Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of all artwork and designs you provide. We strictly protect your confidential designs and never use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
